HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Process for ordering custom production and its implementation
If you are interested in custom promotional items with a unique design and also with printing, we can help you with their realization. On this page you will find information on how to work with us and the information you need to make your promotional items exactly to your specifications.
1. REQUEST
Send us an enquiry and we will get back to you. In order for us to be able to calculate the price for your promotional items correctly and accurately, it is necessary to include as much information as possible in the price inquiry. This is the only way your price request can be processed correctly and you will also have the most accurate information about the price.

What to include in the price inquiry
- - what you are asking for (if it is a unique promotional item, you can attach a picture of a similar item or graphic documents if you already have one)
- - quantity
- - delivery time
- - material (paper, silicone, fabric, pvc, plush, metal...)
- - type of printing (printing, embossing, embroidery, embossing,...)
- - number of colours
- - approximate dimensions of the promotional item
2. CALCULATION
All calculations are processed within 24 hours. In case of more complex calculations within 48 hours. We will contact you by email or phone.
3. ORDER
If you agree with the calculated price and are interested in the production of promotional items, please send us a binding order. We accept orders by email to sales@giftsservice.com. Customers will be asked to pay an advance invoice of 50% of the total price of the order after confirming the order. This advance payment is required to start production. From the moment 50% of the total price of the order is credited to our account and the graphic documents are received, the delivery period starts.
4. GRAPHIC DOCUMENTS
The graphic materials or layout must be delivered before the production of the promotional item begins. These are necessary in order to produce promotional items with or without printing exactly according to your specifications. Graphic materials should be sent in vector form, preferably in curved pdf or ai, eps or cdr formats.
What should the correct graphic documents contain to ensure that your promotional items are produced accurately and correctly?
- - A graphic preview and defined crop
- - dimensions
- - when printing:
- logo - positioning, dimensions (if necessary, send the logo separately in curves)
- lettering - location, dimensions, font type (ARIAL, Times New Roman,...)
- - all colours defined by Pantone® code
- - material

5. Pre-production preview approval.
5. CUSTOM PRODUCTION
The actual production of the custom promotional items including delivery to our office takes approximately 19 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. DELIVERY OF ORDER
Shipping to your office is not included in the price of the order. We base our price calculations on the current price lists of our contracted carriers. For large volumes, our own transport can be arranged.
